William Brownlowe
William Brownlowe is an Associate Professor of Engineering and department head of Engineering and Design Technology at Montgomery County Community College. Professor Brownlowe is also the College Liaison to the Nanofabrication Capstone semester program. He has been teaching Engineering Science, Engineering Technology, Computer Science and Technology, Mathematics, and Physics at the College for 17 years. Prior to coming to the College, he taught at RETS and Penn State University as well as worked in electronics manufacturing for approximately 7 years. His formal education includes an undergraduate degree in electrical design, a graduate degree in engineering science, and a post-grad MBA certification in high tech new ventures development. Professor Brownlowe holds a second degree Black Belt in Kodokan Judo and enjoys playing music, singing, working on vehicles, and playing baseball with his son, William. Back to MCCC's Faculty Pages |
