Georgina C. Elórtegui

Welcome!                      ¡Bienvenidos!

Georgina C. Elórtegui, Assistant Professor of Spanish, is a native of Cuba.  She attended high school and college in the United States graduating from the Middlebury Language School. She has taught college courses ranging from Elementary and Intermediate Spanish, Conversation and Composition, Literature and the Culture and Civilization of Spain.  She has also designed a curriculum for Spanish for Medical Personnel. 

Georgina serves on the board of the "Philadelphia Area Spanish Educators (PASE)", an organization promoting the continued development of the foreign language teaching profession.  She is also a member of the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese (AATSP).  Prior to her appointment at Montgomery County Community College, she taught at various colleges and universities in the Philadelphia area both as adjunct and as a full time member of the faculty.
