Theresa Ann Savard, ESL Coordinator, has been an Associate Professor of English as a Second Language for thirteen years. Savard has also been a lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Savard is the Academic Director of NATO/CIOR Language Course which is in connection with NATO's Partnership for Peace program. She directed, developed and taught English and French language courses to military officers of the emerging democracies of Eastern and Central Europe. Savard is the founding academic director of the Academy, which first opened in 2000 at the Czech Military Academy. |
