Lab data- Saline wet mount slide reveals motile flagellated trichomonads.
Treat with Flagyl (antibuse effect); not for first trimester of pregnancy. Should wait until aafter menses ends and then take flagyl. Abstinence or condom during treatment is necessary and partners must be treated.
