Trichomonas
Sexually transmitted; may be asymptomatic or have profuse symptoms such as vaginal burning, pruritis, dyspareunia, lower abdominal pain or cramps, UTI symptoms. Symptoms may increase during and after menses. Discharge is frothy gray-green and malodorous. “Strawberry cervix” seen.
Hystory of trich, hot tub use, heated whirlpool, shared towels, GC & Chlamydia.
