Secondary Syphilis
Bacteremia stage with invasion of all major organs. Generalized macupapular rash (check palms & soles) and mucus patches on tongue also patchy alopecia.
Condyloma latum (flat warts on genitals)
Symptoms clear spontaneously (2-6 weeks).
A latent phase follows. If untreated, 1/3 will go into tertiary phase.
