Perinatal Hemorrhage
Assessments for perinatal hemorrhage : Vital signs, pad count and examination of aborted contents (abortion) or prepare for surgery (ectopic), location and characteristics of pain, positve for HCG.
Nursing Interventions: volume replacement, bedrest, fundal massage if POC’s totally delivered, post-surgical care , grief counseling, and education.
